Saddam Hossen, Md Mofijul Islam and Md Mohiuddin Ahmed Joy, three students of the Department of English, Daffodil International University successfully completed the MMDU-International Youth Leadership Camp 2019 (MMDU-IYLC) held from 19 June to 28 June 2019 at Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana Ambala, India. MMDU-IYLC was 10 days challenging and meaningful camp, that helped students to develop their leadership potential through participation in a series of workshop included learning sessions and hands-on experience.

Students from different countries such as Nepal, Denmark, South Africa India and Bangladesh attended this camp. The students learned about teamwork, brainstorming, skill development etc. They did creative tasks in that camp like pot painting, art, clay design etc. Besides DIU students won the cultural competition among different countries. Students also celebrated International Yoga Day and visited different place in India like the Rock Garden in Chandigarh, famous Kurukshetra museum and Kalpana Chawla Planetarium.

MMDU-IYLC brought together an eclectic mix of students from all over the world for the meaningful exchange of culture and ideas. This camp was an opportunity for emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds.
