‘All Star Daffodil’ becomes Champion in Inter University Cultural Contest
‘All Star Daffodil’- a students’ organization of Daffodil International University has become champion in Inter University Cultural Contest ‘Onkur-2019’ held on 23 September 2019 at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) campus. Organized by MIST Literature and Cultural Club and the competition was participated by 17 university around the country.
Air Commodore Md. Abdus Salam, BPP, PSC and Dean, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of MIST distributed the prize among the winners as the chief guest. Famous Artist Hamiduzzaman Khan, Dean, Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka, Writer Sadat Hossain, Film Maker Hasibur Reza Kollol, Cartoonist MorshedMishu, Actor TomaMirza, Music Director PrithiRaz and Cinematographer Rifat Iqbal were present as special guest.
All Star Daffodil presented a drama titled ‘Sotta’ scripted and directed by Elias Nabi Faisal. It was a story of duel character. The audiences were pleased to saw the bali dance and aadi song in Sotta.
