Professor Dr. S. M. Mahabubul Haque Majumder, Pro Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University achieved Mahatma Gandhi Ratno Award-2018. Mahatma Gandhi Smrity Foundation awarded him this award for his outstanding performance in expansion of higher education in Bangladesh. Mr. Mozaffor Hossain Paltu, Former President of Dhaka Mohanagr Awami League and Justice Siddiqur Rahman Miah, Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court handed over the award as the chief guest and special guest respectively at a colorful award giving ceremony held at Shawakt Osman Milonayoyon of Public Library in the capital.
