The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC) of Daffodil International University organized a Film Show titled Freedom’s Spirit in Frame to celebrate the 39th anniversary of the country’s Victory Day. Three short Films related to our precious Liberation War named JoyJatra, Muktir Gaan and Stop Genocide were shown in the Film Show.
Earlier, Vice Chancellor of Daffodil 
International University, Professor Dr. Aminul Islam inaugurated the Film Show as the Chief Guest. Presided over by Prof. Dr. Shakhawat Ali Khan, Adviser, Dept. of Journalism and Mass Communication the function was also addressed among others by Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Registrar, Prof. Dr. Shusil Kumar Das, Dean, FHSS, Prof. Dr. Mizanur Rahman, Dean FBE, and Syed Mizanur Rahman, Coordinator, CDC of DIU. The function was conducted by Mr. Muhammed Rashedul Hasan, Lecturer, Department of Journalism And Mass Communication.
